Downloadable Products
Since these are downloadable files, No Refund will be issued unless there is a defect in the design. By downloading these designs, you should be familiar how to transfer designs into your embroidery machine and/or software.
IMPORTANT: You are purchasing digital files which have been manually digitized for embroidery. These are NOT patches or physical products. You need to have an embroidery machine in order use these designs.
These designs are protected under copyright law. They may be used on personal items or items for resale on a very small scale (less than 50). Designs cannot be sold, shared, traded or altered in any way.
You are fully responsible for the payment unless evidence is presented that credit card information was stolen and transaction was truly fraudulent. Filing disputes with credit cards or PayPal for any other reasons including but not limited to
1) Unauthorized transaction
2) Mistake made during the purchase
3) "Not satisfied with the quality" or "not what I expected" or "I changed my mind"
Will result in collection process of 10% accruing every month and added to previous balance. After 3 months account will be forwarded to collection agency and collection will be reported to all 3 major credit reporting agencies.
Flash Sale
1) When Flash Sale ends ALL designs go back to regular price and shopping cart is cleared of ALL designs. If you had any flash sale or any other designs they will disappear from your shopping cart. This preventative measure prevents people from purchasing flash sale designs at a regular price. Furthermore, this step was implemented due to a massive amount of emails we received asking us to implement this feature.
We reserve the right to end or begin flash sale with or without any notice. However, we send an email and display a banner that notifies when flash sale ends.
Coupon codes do not apply to flash sale designs since they're already deeply discounted.
Custom Orders
We try to complete custom orders as soon as we can. However, we don't guarantee a specific time frame. In addition, coupon codes and discounts don't apply to custom orders. Once custom order is completed we reserve the right to share it in our advertising media such as emails and social media posts. If you prefer for us not to use it in our advertisements, please inform us in writing and we will respect your privacy.
Offensive Langue, Discrimination or Threats
If you use offensive language, religious discrimination, or threats your account will be immediately terminated.
